Leanne Kramer is very personable, friendly and efficient. Statements Plus handles all our insurance filings in a prompt and timely fashion. If there happens to be a problem, they follow it through to a successful resolution. They have enabled us to continue using our existing billing and bookkeeping system which has been very satisfactory for a long time. The fees for Statements Plus services are very reasonable and the way they perform their work is excellent.
